Terms and Conditions

General conditions

To carry out an order in our shop www.cloris.es do not need to be registered in the web. All product orders accepted, they are according to the General Conditions of Sale they will be part of the Sales Agreement. The acceptance of products implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Cloris reserves the right to change the price of goods without notice to adapt to market conditions. The prices published on our website are not an offer and therefore required to be supplied at that price in all cases. Payment shall be made by the means indicated at the time of order.

2. ON THE AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Cloris use all means at their disposal to meet the planned delivery dates, they are nonetheless which estimates only and shall not affect the nature of this contract. If any of the products ordered is not available at the time the order of the product, immediately prepared to make the shipment is made. If there were to be any delay, we will contact as soon as possible to inform you of this and find a solution.

3. PROPERTY OF PRODUCTS

All products are owned by Cloris until full payment of the amount thereof is not made.

4. VARIATIONS ON DESIGN

Cloris seek to ensure that the product supplied corresponds to the request by the customer according to its characteristics can be seen on our web www.cloris.es. However, because of stock and because they are handmade products, they may vary to the original design but this would always be changed for a product of equal value or higher.

Our designs are handmade so in some cases they may suffer some slight variation, both in the layout of some material and its availability without this affecting the quality, price and the final format of the piece.

5. ON CLAIMS

5.1 - will not be accepted or be liable for damages (including those caused during transport) or malfunction of the products unless the buyer notifies via e-mail and / or telephone the seller before 24 hours the date of receipt of the products.

5.2 - No claims will be accepted or responsibility for products that differ in quantity or specifications given to the buyer unless the buyer notifies via email before following the date of receipt of the same 7 days.

6. ON SHIPMENTS

7. ON DELIVERY

7.1 - The delivery time may vary depending on product availability. For those products which have stock, the usual delivery time will be a maximum of 7 to 10 business days as usual.

7.2 - For orders with multiple products will be made available by a single shipment when all the material except in the case where the customer expressly states otherwise available.

7.3 - Those products not in stock will be provided to the buyer by email or phone call, the approximate delivery, and will be kept informed of any changes that may arise from that period.

8 - ON RETURNS AND WARRANTY

8.1 - returns for purely hygienic reasons are not allowed.

8.2 - In the event that the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition, or has been an error attributable to Cloris, the customer is entitled to request that you forward the product without additional cost to you once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incidence has been checked.

In the event that the product has been damaged during transport, the customer must communicate the situation within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, we will reclaim the carrier, the effect to replace the damaged without additional charge to the client merchandise.
